Since I’ve set up this blog and have discovered others I have become aware of a real sense of community – people sharing their experiences and emotions in what is a safe place. It has also confirmed what I have suspected – that people need that safe place to talk in and blogs allow people to talk through written words, without being interrupted, knowing that people are listening by reading what they have written.
One of the reasons I decided to become a mindfulness teacher was to offer people the opportunity to learn how to deal with their emotions whatever those may be. To give people a mindfulness toolbox that they can use every day. And I’d like this blog to be one of those safe places – to explore issues.
I’d love to hear from you all – so feel free to leave a comment. Perhaps we can even get some discussions going. Let me know if there’s anything you’d like to see…
