Online mindfulness coaching

Signing up for a mindfulness course isn’t easy for everyone, for a number of reasons. Firstly, there’s location – there may not be a  course nearby or transport may be an issue. Then there’s the idea of sitting in a group and listening to and discussing issues such as stress, anxiety and emotions. While some people thrive in a group setting, others don’t feel as comfortable, preferring one-to-one conversations where matters can be explored in more depth and privacy.

Online mindfulness coaching offers the opportunity for a more personal and tailored approach. Clients begin with a free Skype session which gives them the opportunity to decide if they feel comfortable with the coach and to find out how sessions can be tailored to their needs. For example, one client may wish to work on ways of responding to anxiety while another may be more interested in connecting with their emotions.

If the client decides to go ahead then the coach will create a mindfulness plan which will include weekly Skype sessions, meditations and practical activities for the client to work on between sessions.

This approach is perfect for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness from the comfort of their own homes and for those on the go – wherever they may be.
