    • I’m learning to silence my inner-critic through mindfulness, but it’s capable of saying all sorts.

    •  Introvert – I do enjoy spending time with people but large groups tire me.

    • I am passionate about helping others. I really want to make a difference in people’s lives.

    • I sometimes dream about being somewhere high and being afraid of falling – this usually coincides with something new I want to try and means fear of failing.
